Malaysia Ministry of Agriculture (MOA) is subsidizing rice for poor people and families in Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak using voucher system. These vouchers are given out to eligible people and family based on a pre-defined income chart. This voucher system is being implemented to replace all existing rice subsidy programs. This is a Free step-by-step lesson for anyone interested to start or create their own blog as a hobby or to earn money online. Before blogs became popular, I was already running my own website. Updating and maintaining my website was a tedious task as I have to open a HTML editor to create a content page. In December 2007, I decided to try creating a blog.
