Malaysia has it’s own physics expert!
The photo below shows a man walking at Dataran Merdeka in Kuala Lumpur. Notice the printed paper he clipped on his chest. I wonder who he is and why is he walking around with a label saying “Saya pakar fizik kerajaan Malaysia” which means “I am a physics expert of Malaysian government”. Maybe he was not included in the latest Malaysian budget that he has to walk around as a self-promoting scientist.
Have you seen him anywhere? Know anything about him?

If you look at the photo, this guy has a thick book (looks like he is highly educated), a digital camera (looks like he loves photography), a Guess watch? (looks like he has taste for style) and a plastic bag (looks like he has just done shopping)..
