Facebook Introduces ‘Like’ Button, Replacing ‘Become A Fan’ Button For Fan Pages
Recently Facebook has made a minor change in Facebook Page. If you have noticed, Facebook has replaced the “Become a Fan” button with “Like” button. When you view a Facebook Page, there will be a small announcement text at the top, just like the image below.

This is what it says:
Introducing the Like button
Starting today people will be able to connect with your Page by clicking “Like” rather than “Become a Fan.” We hope this action will feel much more lightweight, and that it will increase the number of connections made across the site.
What does this mean to Facebook users? Becoming a fan sounds more drastic than Liking, that’s what people at Facebook thought and changed the name. Functionality wise, it remains the same: When you ‘Like’ a Facebook Page, you will appear in the Page’s list of “## People Like This” area.
If you like this blog, click the “Like” button on the right side in the Facebook box. You will know what I mean then. Happy “Liking”!
