Recently I’ve been receiving many emails titled “Check out my photos on Shtyle.fm”. When I click on the link “View my Profile and Photos” in the email, it brings me to a registration page of Shtyle.fm.

This is how the email looks like:

When I click on the link, it brings me to Shtyle.fm registration page:

What made me so doubtful about Shtyle.fm is when I received an invitation from my uncle who is not active in social networking sites. He has never invited me into any social networking sites, instead others have to insist that he create an online profile. And he uploading photos to Shtyle.fm and sending invitations to check his online photos? Nearly impossible!

So I searched in Google about Shtyle.fm and found various information.

Shtyle.fm is another social networking site. The problem with Shtyle.fm is that this website SPAMS without your consent!

Many social networking sites that use such spamming method have come and died off because of their unethical method of gaining popularity.

Some websites/blogs have written negative comments about Shtyle.fm, read below:

Spam!

An invitation to join a social network or malware?

I’m definitely not going to sign-up an account with Shtyle.fm, can’t trust them with my personal details.
