Where to find and download new Blogger blog themes and layout?

Blogger allows you to update your blogs with your own choice of theme other than the 16 themes which are provided by default. There are hundreds of Blogger themes available for free on the internet. Nearly all of the Blogger themes you may find is available for free download. In return for the free Blogger themes they have created, their theme usually will have a small link back to their website at the bottom of the Blogger theme.
