Blogger has a simple and easy to use administrator area to create and manage your blogs. Yes, you heard it right, you can create and manage multiple blogs within the same Blogger account. Each blog will have a unique URL address such as ‘name.blogspot.com’ where ‘name’ is the name you will enter based on availability.. that is if no one else has taken that name yet.

Just follow these steps and I’ll introduce you to the Blogger Dashboard area:

1. Go to www.blogger.com. You will see Blogger’s login screen as below. Type your Google Account ’Username’ and ‘Password’ and click “Sign In”.

Form fields
Username (Email) : Your Gmail address.
Password : Your Gmail password.

2. You will see your Blogger Dashboard screen something similar to below:

As you can see in the Blogger Dashboard screenshot above, there are 3 blogs in this account.

These are the explanation of links/buttons in the screenshot above:

  • Create a Blog – This is used to create more blogs within your account.
  • View Blog – To view the actual blog.
  • New Post – To create new post for a particular blog.
  • Edit Posts – To update existing/old posts for a particular blog.
  • Settings – To update blog settings for a particular blog.
  • Layout – To update blog layout for a particular blog.
  • Monetize – To earn money settings and view income for a particular blog.
